Customer Advisor roles | In store and online opportunities
If you enjoy speaking to people and helping them make great choices, our Customer Advisor roles could be a perfect fit. You can work face to face in one of our stores across 10 UK locations or join our online Customer Advisor team based at our head office in Hessle, where you will be part of a friendly group of more than 40 colleagues.
In store, you will welcome customers, listen carefully to what they need, and guide them through the options so they feel confident and happy. You will learn how to explain features clearly, arrange test drives, and support customers from their first chat to handover.
In our online team, you will help customers by phone, live chat, and email, answering questions quickly and clearly, and matching people with the right cars. You will be trained on our systems, you will work closely with teammates and technicians, and you will gain skills that are useful in any customer facing career.
You will also have uncapped earning potential, with a highly paid commission structure alongside a strong base salary, so your hard work and great customer service can directly boost your take home pay.

Vehicle Technician
You will prepare vehicles for sale, carry out servicing and maintenance, and complete repairs across a wide range of makes and models. You will use your technical knowledge and computer based diagnostics to identify issues accurately, then complete quality repairs that keep our customers safe and happy.
Cosmetic Preparation Technician
You will restore vehicles to a high cosmetic standard, including bodywork repairs, panel replacement, preparation, painting, and finishing. You will have an excellent eye for detail, you will be confident with colour matching, and you will take pride in spotting and fixing the smallest imperfections, so every car looks its best.
